Our service
RepliesForYou drafts personalized replies to Google reviews using AI and has a person review and edit each response for accuracy and tone before posting it on your behalf.
Plans and payment
Cleanup costs $79 USD one-time and includes replies to all existing reviews, completed within 5 business days. Monthly costs $99 USD per month and covers all new reviews going forward, typically answered within 48 hours. Payment is due for the selected plan before service begins; the Monthly service is billed monthly while it remains active.
Authorized access
You approve our manager access to your Google Business Profile and confirm you are authorized to do so. You can revoke this access at any time. We do not ask for your Google password. Revoking access prevents us from posting further replies.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate business details and tell us about relevant changes, preferences, or sensitive situations so we can prepare appropriate replies.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, review ratings, revenue, or customer growth. Results depend on factors outside our control, including Google's policies and customer behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RepliesForYou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be limited.
